my version of The Monster is finished!! T206 Brooklyn Superbas

The toughest card in the T206 Brooklyn Superbas set arrived today, and I am finally DONE!!!! Bill Dahlen's Brooklyn pose is really tough to find (the Boston pose is plentiful), and I'm pretty happy with the one I picked up. I started this set probably 10 years ago, and as my interest in modern stuff started to wane, I finally got serious about finishing up a few prewar sets. I'm very happy to complete this one.
here's the Dahlen

and here's the complete 27-card set

Liquidating my collection for the 3rd and final time. Time for others to enjoy what I have enjoyed over the last several decades. Money could be put to better use.

Congrats! Those cards look good in any condition, don't they? Nice work.

That card looks familiar...did you end up getting it from lharri over at net54?
Now you need to find a way to handsomely display them instead of just keping them in toploaders or binder pages.
Thanks for sharing!

Tom, yes I did. Larry contacted me a couple months ago and promised he'd find one for me. He ended up with a couple different examples - I preferred the color and centering on this one, so I went a little over my budget and picked it up.
As far as displaying them, I don't know if I'll go that route or not. I'm toying around with the idea of slabbing them - there are Some Good Companies that really make tobacco cards pop in the holder.
