How to delete empty sets from Set Registry?

It used to be that the site would prompt you and ask if you wanted to delete any 'empty' sets that you may have, but I don't see that prompt anymore. Does anyone know how to delete them, otherwise? Thanks.

Click on your set, and view it. Above it in Green BOLD (under HELP) it says RETIRE SET. Just click it.

Done.
