Quarterly freebie

Would someone be kind enough to help me out here. I missed what the current quarterly freebie is. I'm new to being a member and also don't know the procedures for sending it, them (family members) in. All help is greatly appreciated.

Recently a PCGS graded 1943-D Copper cent sold for a record breaking $1.7 Million. To celebrate, PCGS is offering a Secure Plus Regular submission for any of the following coins:

Coins that qualify for this Quarterly Grading Special -

Any Half cent.
Any Any Large Cent
Any Small cent before 1982 (in 1982 they changed the cent to mostly zinc)
Any 2 cent piece

One coin per member per quarter
Your submission under this special is free of charge, including the Handling fee (return shipping charges are extra)
Maximum Declared Value allowed is $3,000
Each coin must be submitted on its own submission form with its own return shipping

Crossovers are not available on Secure Plus orders
