Does this Mantle look real?

Hello all...1959 Topps Mantle....I want another one, as I haven't had one in awhile....I like this one, but the borders look entirely too white....2nd opinions please?

Seems like alot of glare in that pic.

I posted a 2nd pic...the glare is throwing me off as well....everyone knows these cards lack gloss.....

No other cards listed, and a few modern in completed listings combined with what appear to be rounded corners yet high-gloss finish would be enough for me to stay away.

The edges do look pretty bright.


The condition on that one looks pretty solid and obviously if they send it in (from those pics) it looks like it would probably grade out pretty high and this card sells for alot higher-midish grade.

Yes......color looks almost too good to be true....but you are seeing it exactly the same way I am seeing it!

Bobby ... IMO the card looks TOO nice! Even the red looks too red! I'd stay away.

Thanks....I am going to stay away from the 1959 Mantle. No matter how real she says it is, something about it just does not look quite right! The white is too white and the red is too red.......must mean the card is too new!
