Help!! Buyer edited my shipping and didn't pay anything..what to do?

Awhile back, someone told us how to edit the PayPal settings so buyers can't void out the shipping charge. I never thought I would need that...until now...can someone help?

Works...I didnt allow it....I had a loophole that allowed local pick-up. Seems he picked that option, knowing full well, it wasn't a local pinkup. I suggest all sellers remove the "LOCAL PICKUP" option as well.....

Sure seems like it - makes you wonder what else he'd try to do too

Just send a note asking when he will pick it up.

He paid with the shipping. I was worried thought because I had to file a Non-Paying bidder form, and he paid after that, but didn't pay the shipping. Once you file the NPB form, and it shows that he paid, you can't go back and file another one if there was a problem with it.......
