8.5, really?

I thought any card getting a half grade needs to be at the very high end of the straight grade. How does this card land a .5 bump with that ugly print mark? Wagner 8.5
From what I can tell, 707 is the DOLLAR STORE compared to deans_cards. For what that guy charges, if I ever bought anything from him I would expect it to be delivered to me in a frickin' limo.

    Looks at who's selling the card. And there's your answer.

    I have gotten stunning cards from wcsports every time and Dave is a pleasure to deal with.

    The statement being made is that becuase they are a huge PSA dealer they get better grades. This may occur but I can tell you that I have never looked at the cards and wondered how it got in that holder.

    Read rumors on here about them and 93 refractors that would go poof these days it seems.

    looks like a 9 except for that ugly fish eye, thus an 8 or 8.5. doesn't look out of place in a 8.5 holder, just wish they would have used a white background for a better view. JMHO

    Wcsports has some of the best selection of high end graded cards. The more cards you getted graded the more chances you have to get one that is over done.

    I don't believe they receave any special treatment and as I said before you get a very good quality item every time.

    The picture is the card you are getting so the buyer has to make the call on the grade and if you proceed you own it.
