Semi OT: I video'd my 7 year old daughter hitting a full court shot on NBA 2K11

My son and I play NBA 2K11 all the time. My 7 year old daughter wanted to play, so my son was showing her how. She has never really played any video games at all to speak of. She had never played a video basketball game in her whole life. I heard her getting excited every time she made a basket, so I decided to video because she was having such a good time. She was the 1991-92 Chicago Bulls. Bill Cartwright got the rebound and she accidentally shot the ball from the other end of the court and it went in. I was lucky enough to have it on video.

After watching it, take a look at my son's face right after it happened. His expression is priceless. On youtube, it is a little bit darker so you can't see it as well as I can on my computer. Here is the link.

I have a whole slew of videos of my daughter hitting golf balls. I have been filming her golf swing since she was five. I got her a set of clubs for her 5th bday. She is eight now and has a good swing and follow thru. I am really proud of her weight transfer.

I wouldn't trade those videos for anything.

DIDN'T love what looked like a rematch of the 1992 NBA Finals betwixt the Bulls and Blazers. I would loved to have seen Clyde Drexler get his ring with Portland rather than Houston.

I loved her reaction too. Another interesting tidbit was from the night before that....

We have the "Move" add on for the PS3. One of our favorite games is the Disc Golf game. Well, the night before last (Thursday night), she made a hole in one. I would give anything if I had that on video. It was a better reaction than the full court shot. She was running around the living room and ran over to me and gave me a big old hug. Absolutely priceless.
