MLB - Regulates what photo's Galarraga can sign from "Perfect Game"

From the sun times show web site.
Mr. Galarraga will only inscribe 'Almost Perfect' or "6/2/10". He will NOT sign the “play at first” photo per Major League Baseball. The ONLY two licensed photos that are allowed to be signed from the game will be available at Merch. Booth. Newspaper clippings, balls and anything else will be signed unless they are deemed inappropriate by Mr. Galarraga or his agent.
This is incredible. Even more so since the Commish wouldnt reverse the ruling to have the game ruled a perfect game. It seems like we are living behind the Iron Curtain.

<< <i>in a related story, i've also heard that Drew Pearson will only be allowed to write "I pushed off" anytime he signs a photo of the Hail Mary.

That sounds extreme.
If I was the commish, I would not have reversed it. History can speak for itself and there are bad calls in every game. No need to recall every game, or pick one out of the box of tens of thousands, and get 20 phone calls from that point on, related to every questionable or wrong call.
I see nothing that relates to creating a system of a dozen plus slave countries to serve one.
Raw: Tony Gonzalez (low #'d cards, and especially 1/1's) and Steve Young.
