SGC Crossovers

When I first started getting cards graded (15 years ago) I used SGC because I liked their holders and their half-grade system. I have since had most of my SGC cards either crossed over or I popped them out and submitted them to PSA. I have always had very good success with PSA crossovers from SGC. Here are the the four SGC cards I recently submitted using some free PSA grading vouchers. They crossed over perfectly. Both the 1963 Frank Robinson and the 1967 Ernie Banks were SGC 92 NM-MINT+ and the Mantle refractors were SGC 96 mint. I have read of collectors who have been upset with their crossover efforts but I can say that SGC and PSA have pretty much agreed on my cards.

Congrats on your crossovers. For the most part I have had decent luck with SGC crossovers, but not perfect.

Not much significance, but I recently cracked an SGC 84(7) '65 Drysdale and it came back a PSA 6. I also cracked a '65 Ldrs. #3 GAI 8 and it came back a PSA 7. I sort of expected the GAI but not the dead-centered SGC card. Upon inspection, the SGC Drysdale card had a little "lift" along the left border causing the downgrade(I assume). I love these crossover threads.
