autograph in gold ink?

Has anyone used gold ink for an in person autograph?

If so, what pen did you use, and how does it look?

I've been thinking of getting a Shapie Permanent Marker Medium Point. But I know a lot people don't recommend Sharpie for any colors other than black or blue. If not Sharpie then what brand/model?

My item is a non-glossy flat. I have used a silver Sharpie on the same item and it seems to have held up well after 11 months since it was signed.

I have never used a paint pen but have used the Sharpie Silver Marker on items and it looks great.

I've had good luck with gold sharpie paint pens, but they recommend lumocolor.

If you are looking to use gold I would stick with a Decco paint pen. I also wouldn't use them on a card or something where the signature is going to be small. For some reason the gold is very thick and won't look good unless it is a large signature.
