The 4.5 looks to be much nicer than that. Probably a technical aspect that is not easily seen with the scan that precludes it from being an excellent 5 or higher.
Just havin' a little fun with PSA here. I think they're the best TPG overall. Just kills me sometimes, though, that a barely discernible wrinkle makes a great looking card only the slightest bit better than one that's morbidly off center and has severely rounded corners. That's the game though... and I do enjoy playing.
I have no idea how this issue is graded. The back is clean. I graded 1 card and that was it. This has got to be the nicest 2 on the planet. No wrinkle on this one. I was not very happy. I actually thought it was a solid 7.
