Morgan VAM Experts Take a Look 1889-O

This coin has the slanted date and polishing lines in LIBERTY, but the big question is, is it a VAM20A? I have a heck of a time seeing clashes. So can anyone tell me if they see the clashed E that would make it VAM20A?
