This coin is in a Genuine slab with a code 80. I can't find what code 80 means on the PCGS Coin Grading Standards: http://www.pcgs.com/grades.chtml/

My apologies for not searching... However, none of the responses in that, or the linked threads, really say what Code 80 was used for.

I caught that. Does that mean that prior to the 'new' genuine service, all genuine coins were slabbed with code 80?
Years ago PCGS used to authenticate and slab coins without grading them, if a collector wanted this. I don't get why someone would ask for that service but I've seen some of those slabs. Anyone remember the label wording? I've forgotten. Pretty sure it was not "genuine".
