Newp How would you describe the striking error on this old gold coin?

This is a 1078, Michael VII Ducas. l Gold Histamenon I just won. I was really attracted by the striking error on the reverse. Would you call it a partial shifted double strike? Or just the three eyed Jesus?
Also, who is best at grading these?
Thanks,
Richard

Coin arrived and I am very happy with it. It is a really neat piece. I like how the shift in the strike lines up with elements of the first strike around the rim and on the dots on the shield. There should only be 9 dots not 13. I am still trying to come up with a proper description for the striking error. any ideas?

I bought on ebay from seller coinworldtv and was pleased with both the coin and speed of service. Any body else ever deal with them?
    Thanks,
