eBay Seller to Avoid

Here's the item:

All of the text in the sellers listings is copied verbatim from a few different websites, including my own blog from here.
One of the owners of one of the copied sites contacted the seller and got the following reply. Definitely someone to avoid.
Dear ..............
You dumb sh*t. I didn't copy your website. Mr. Ray Dobson sent me this
information. I happen to be a friend of his. I have been doing business with
him since 1970. I typed the information that he sent me. If you had bothered
to read my complete listing you would have seen the following, "All of the above
information was sent to me by Ray Dobson via New Zealand Air Mail. I received it
on October 12, 2010." You really are a dumb sh*t. If anyone has any rights to
this it would be Ray Dobson, not you. You are a thief, trying to steal his
work, pretenting that it is your. You are a liar and a thief. I didn't even
know you or your dumdsh*t website existed until I received your eBay message.
You are not the only one who has one of these brochures. Even if you did, you
would not be entitled to claim exclusive rights unless you had it copyrighted,
which you don't. I am a lawyer by profession and if you every treaten me again
I will sue your dumdsh*t ass for $1,000,000.00. That is the only amount that
would make it worthwhile to travel to Australia to sue you. You can go straight
to hell with telling me what I can and can't do. Kiss my a*s.
