Help finding 1989 Topps Double Headers Test Issue

For a long time I have been looking for a 1989 Topps Double Headers Yankees/Mets Test Issue Keith Hernandez. Those are the small version of the 1989 Topps card with a small reproduction of the players rookie card on the back. I need the Keith Hernandez because his 1975 rookie card was with the Cardinals. I need it for my Cardinals collection.

The only thing I have found even remotely close is an unopened box on Ebay for $249. Not going there. Any help would be appreciated.

  • what is the difference between the test and regular issue and how can you tell the boxes apart?

I have already asked the seller of the test box if he would bust it up and sell individually and he will not do it.

I figured you might have the set.

I really hate it that I have to get that card because it's not even really a Cardinals item, but Hernandez was a rookie with the Cardinals so I won't consider my collection complete without it. Once I have this one, I will be done with Topps from the mid 1990's all the way down to 1973 Topps Comics Joe Torre, which I need. I have everything else.
