1971 bazooka numbered sheet anyone have one

I'm looking for a scan/photo of the 71 bazooka numbered uncut sheet to basically see panel layout and box layout under the impression there is only 1 box made.

I don't have a scan or photo of a 71 numbered sheet, but I share your opinion that there's only one box/panel (46-48, Hundley, Mays, Hunter).

The one box only exists in proof form, on the same sheet with the cards and with white stock back. Picture is attached.
