Question about Beckett Raw card review

I do not spend very much time with Beckett Raw Card Reviews. I have purchased a couple over the years. I submitted them to PSA with bad results. One came back as trimmed, and After close review I think they were right - yet the raw card review was an 8.

But I have never seen the label have the grade hand written. Here is a link to an Ebay auction were it appears the grade was covered up and had a new number hand written over it. I ran the serial number in the Beckett set registry and it comes up as a Al Kaline card. Not a Jordan rookie.

What am I missing?

Even without the Kaline/hand written probs.......
Id say Yes a scam, kook doesnt even show a pic of the card. 99.5% of those cards are counterfeit, but they are easy to spot with a clear scan of back, and he gives you no chance to do the detective work.

The numbers given by RCR are seperate from the numbers given to actual slabs.
Some are written by hand
(signed, auto, autograph, autographed, signature)
