What's a decent price for 1991 Topps Desert Shield baseball singles?

I'm looking to pick up some Twins here and there and wondered what a decent price would be for commons. I saw a PSA 8 Puckett go for $10, is that normal? Any help is appreciated.

    Prices seem to have came down the last year or so. Meaning, they are all over the board. Looking for a 10 Saberhagen...
    Collecting PSA graded Steve Young, Marcus Allen, Bret Saberhagen and 1980s Topps Cards.
    Raw: Tony Gonzalez (low #'d cards, and especially 1/1's) and Steve Young.
