just busted up some silver sets and got 2 rolls of silver state quarters and 1 roll of silver kennedy halfs...should there be a premium or is this just very pretty bullion?

    They have been selling for bullion recently unless they are key dates, ie 1999,2001,2002, and 1 or 2 others.
