Buchanan Liberty First Spouse First Strike PCGS 69 & PCGS 70 Coins Available-Adjusted Pricing/Pa

Most of you no doubt realize that I do not offer very many modern coins since this is typically not my niche area. However, I have been given a small number of Buchanan Liberty First Spouse coins in PCGS First Strike holders with either the PR69 or PR70DCAM grades or the MS69 or MS70 grades. One reason I am happy to offer these to board members is because I think these coins are truly attractive. They look much cooler in-hand than I would have previously imagined and they are a great way to hold proof Liberty gold.
Current bullion content on each of these one-half troy ounce 0.9999 fine gold coins is just under $700 and the current US Mint price for these pieces in original government packaging is $829 for the proof version and $816 for the mint state version. The current bullion price of gold indicates that as of Wednesday these coins will be repriced by the US Mint at $854 for the proof version and $841 for the mint state version. Additionally, the cutoff date for the PCGS First Strike designation and flag insert was October 6, which means that no coins ordered or delivered after October 6 would be eligible for the First Strike designation from PCGS. However, it is my understanding that the MS version of this coin is or has been on a sustained and significant backorder and that orders filled for both the mint state and proof versions might have been filled by previously returned and rejected pieces. Therefore, if you want one of these coins and decide to order from the US Mint you may or may not receive previously returned and rejected coins and you may or may not even have the order filled at all. The US Mint is one great mystery.
The prices listed for these coins include the coin already graded in a PCGS First Strike holder with flag insert as well as the original US Mint velvet lined, wooden box with gold foil colored outer cardboard box and COA. The prices listed for these coins also include insured shipping. I prefer not to accpet PayPal payments for these coins because I am offering them at such a low rate that the 2.9% fees would be too much, but if someone requires the use of PayPal I will accept such payment. I believe most on the boards either know me or know of me and can be relatively certain and comfortable that all coins will be delivered as promised.
