Do a search on ebay for "Ted Williams pin" and you'll see quite a few 1-1/4" pins just like yours.

    Hi Tony

The PM 10's are kinda complicated and interesting - I'm no expert - but have talked to some experts about them - but it was some ago - I'll tell ya some of what I recollect.

    First, there's actually about 3 different sizes to these pins: 1 1/4, 1 3/4 and 2 1/8 to 2 1/4"

To the best of my belief, the 1 1/4" pin is the most common and not worth as much money - of interest - no one reports this size pin? Tho, I do believe it's real - and may be the most plentiful?

There are actually 6 variations of the pin in the 1 3/4" size which does have one variation that resembles your pin and is valued in the lower end - tho not the cheapest.

There is only one variation in the 2+" size.

Also, some of the backs have a small "union" stamp on them.

Again - as I recollect - some ways to tell a fake: blurred photo, stick pin not extending beyond the circumference fo the pin - back being shiny without a slight circle or indentation in the center of the back of the pin - some call it a dimple - that's in the 1 1/4" pin and while the back is totally flat on the larger pins.

The 1 1/4" pins can be picked up pretty reasonbly on ebay - if in 7 or 8 range a bit more money - I think since graded.

Here's an example of the larger 1 3/4" pin from ebay:

He wants over 300 for it.

Last - I believe the 1 1/4" PM 10 is a legit pin and just not reported - there are loads of fakes out there - some sellers will show one next to their real one for reference. There is one really good fake IMO in which the front looks good but the stick pin - tho long enough looks new. Last, I've only seen the pin you have in the 1 1/4" size - the other variations - I believe - are the larger 1 3/4" size. I've never seen a 2+" size PM 10 pin.

That's about all I got - keep in mind - this is my best take - and not gospel.

Here's a good example of a fake - notice how the pic lacks sharpness and there's like a dark area around his head - almost like a cloud:
