Need some help with Boxing program

Hey Guys,
A friend of mine has a relative that used to box back in the 20's and 30's. His name was Gus De Salvo.
He fought in Wisconsin only except for one fight in Illinois. Can anyone help me out or point me in a direction to find a program from one of his fights or a ticket stub?
