Milk Dud Poppage - Some Pictures

I had these Full Boxes of Milk Duds hanging around for many years. I wanted to get them slabbed to protect them and I finally got around to sending them in to be graded. They all look real nice, so I have no idea how they are graded. Must have been a small crease or wrinkle in the lower graded ones. I did see a very small wrinkle in the Mays, so I figured it would get a mid grade.

<< <i>Morning,

HAHA ... that's what I was thinking Neil. Many people have said that the best chance to get a quick turnaround is to keep the cards in your submission similar. I never did that before, so I tried this time. SIX cards all from the same year and series. Can't get much more basic than that. It still took over one calendar month for them to be graded. (To those who are ready to write something, yes, I know there is a 45 BUSINESS DAY turnaround guarantee.)

I am going to be real interested when I get my 12 back if I can tell the difference between the NM-MT 8, NM-MT+ 8.5 and the two GEM MINT 10's. I think the two 10's had several crease points that had never been folded like the Boxes were taken off the production floor before the machine inserted and opened/squared them up.
Neil
Some of these are so hard to tell the difference. The reason I put up the Mays is because you can see an indentation to the right of his nose, just to the left of the vertical brown line. However, between Frank Howard (7), Dave Johnson (8) and Roy White (9) I would have had no idea which one got the "7" and which one the "9" if I didn't see it in the holders.
GOOD LUCK with your sales of the Milk Duds. I'd like to see what they go for.

Nice!!!!!!!
<< <i>I thought you said these were full boxes? I see no milk duds. >>
Tommy ... before they slab the boxes they roll over them with a steamroller ... all the milk duds get flattened and are hidden between the panels. If you can pick one of these up that are graded "PSA 1" at a cheap price, you can always open it up if you get hungry.

<< <i>Nice Job. I only need 6 more boxs for a complete set of milk boxs.
What did you sub under? Tall Boys? >>
Thanks ... since the only items I sent in on the sub were 6 Milk Duds Boxes I did not bother to indicate "size".

<< <i>Nice stuff Doug, but I really wish you had a Bob Gibson in that lot for me. >>
Doran, would you like this one?
If so, you will have to find the person that owns it! LOL
