    my thoughts:

    1. I'm glad I have no debt, other than my mortgage (wish I could knock that out).

    2. I want to withdraw all of the money from my bank, and keep in under the mattress.

    3. I'm glad I have PM's

    Totally agree. If it is one thing that I'm teaching my kids, it is fiscal responsibility for themselves. You don't have to have the newest of everything and spend, spend, spend to be happy.

    I don't know why anybody would buy a house right now, with how property rights aren't respected at all anymore. Better just to rent in my opinion for most people... right now atleast.
