I doubt that.
Just got back from my local PO and the PO was closed. In fact all the POs around the country are closed today. Some silly holiday called Columbus Day. When did this start being a holiday?

That's why my guys get straight time today. No holiday pay for this Mickey Mouse holiday. They do get time and a half each Oct 9th. I guess I make my own Mickey Mouse holidays.

Tim , this became a federal holiday in 1937.
There are many BS holidays.
