Can anyone identify this (Indian?) piece?

I searched a few hundred years of Krause, and while this piece looks like it's from India, I couldn't find it. If anyone has any ideas of what it may be, I'd really appreciate the help.

It's an Indian temple token. I am pretty sure this one is a "Ramatanka" token devoted to Rama, they've been minted for 600 odd years. You can read (a lot) more about them here:

mnemtsas2 is right. This is a temple token and a nice piece at that. The scene depicted here is the court of Rama featuring the monkey god Hanuman.
