Stone Bust Quarters

Grades based on PCGS Photograde standards
Almost all the coins in this collection are raw (that's just how I have enjoyed collecting), and are housed in AirTite holders surrounded with a paper 2x2 flip stating the details of each piece.
Two of the coins (both 1825's) in this collection will come with a typed story (pedigree) of acquisition.

Please PM me (Winston) if interested image
Each coin is priced to include S/H/I and Delivery Confirmation
I take PayPal (+3%), Money Order, or Check
There is an unconditional 7-day return policy for any coin, and I have attempted to describe each coin as accurately as possible beforehand.

***Take all Quarters (minus the two 1825's) for $3,000; with both 1825's, $7,000***

1818/5 B-1 (R2). Good details, but not the prettiest coin in this collection. It is a Die State III from the reverse die crack through the center
field extending vertically into the Eagle. This coin was probably in some sort of fire as the skin is very dark grey, almost black. It has a
couple of light depressions and a rim cut on the obverse. Again, not the prettiest coin, but it is the overdate!
Price: $50

1818 B-2 (R1). Fully VG-10. The obverse on this die marriage comes very weakly struck, but the reverse strike is fairly normal, and a good
starting point when grading this die marriage. There's a neat obverse die crack through stars 10-9-8 and arcs above Liberty's head.
A really nice circulation-cameo affect, with light relief and darker grey fields. One of my favorite, most original coins in the group.
Price: $150

1819 B-1 (R5). Fully VG-10+, and much similar in detail/wear-pattern as the 1818 B-2 above. This is a nice, rarer die marriage, in the large-size
capped bust quarter series. Color is a very nice grey-brown with lighter relief and slightly darker fields. The only thing distracting about this
coin is the black "dot" on the obverse below star 7. I truly love this coin and I know you will too!
Price: $300

1819 B-3 (R1). G-4 average (G-6 obverse, AG-3 reverse); rim weakness limits the grade here. This is the 25/5 reverse die marriage.
A solid light-to-dark grey circulated-cameo, with no problems and just honest wear. A great low grade coin of this die marriage.
(SORRY, No Pics - I bought this coin too recently and haven't had the chance to photograph it)
Price: $90

1820 B-1 (R4) Large O ANACS VG-10. Solid for the grade. Nice medium-grey color throughout. Slightly scarcer Die Marriage.
Price: $175
imageimage

1820 B-3 ICG VG-10. Solid for the grade, and the details are a little stronger than what show in the image (I have yet to master photography
through TPG plastic!) Nice medium grey tone.
Price: $165

1820 B-4. I misattributed this coin as a B-5 when I first purchased it (the B-5 is an R5 coin!). Nevertheless, this coin has Good details, but
has been cleaned. It has since toned back a little since I purchased it and the hairlines are essentially non-existant, but the fields are semi-
reflective. Not the worst coin here, but not the best either!
Price: $100
imageimage

1821 B-4 (R3). Fully F-12, if not a little better on the reverse! Nicely detailed coin for the grade. Light grey in color, with no real problems to
speak of, although the coin may have been wiped with a cloth! This was a fairly recent upgrade from a VG I had for a LONG time.
(The coin looks a little better, and the details a little bolder, when examining the coin in-hand)
Price: $250

1822 B-1 (R2). Solid G-4 with only the slightest rim weakness. All other details are solid. The surfaces are a light-medium crusty grey.
This is a date which until only recently has begun attaining the demand it is warranted. A very low mintage piece. It's just too bad this isn't
the MUCH RARER B-2 25/50c!
Price: $225
imageimage

1824 B-1 (R3). (The most affordable) Key Date for the series! Good details, but with numerous light scratches on the obverse and a couple
on the reverse. Color is a medium to dark grey. Bold details for the grade, and only the dentils on the rim are slightly worn. Not the
prettiest example of this key date, but is definitely affordable!
Price: $395

1828 B-1 (R1). Fully F-15 (although I purchased it as a VF-20). It took me a LONG time (about 2 years) to find a nice, crusty, circ-cam-like
appearing 1828 Bust Quarter, and this coin fits that bill fully. Details are all quite bold. The fields, when tilted, have a dark blue-green toned
reflection which I have found quite pleasant when viewing.
Price: $400

1831 B3 (R5). VF-20 as per the PCGS photograde. This is a rare die marriage for the reduced diameter capped bust quarter series. This was
also the first reduced diamter CBQ I ever purchased! Color is a medium-dark gray throughout with no real issues to speak of. Details are
quite bold, and for an R5 variety as this, this coin is definitely a keeper! Oh, and this coin is also mentioned in the NEW Bust Quarter Book!
Price: $450

1834 B-1 (R1), the desirable O/F in OF variety! Fully VF-30-35 (when I first purchased this coin I posted a GTG Poll, and the responses were
overwhelmingly between these two grades). This is a very nice dark grey-brown crusty CBQ with all the hallmarks for a mid-grade set. If I
were continuing with this series I would strive for all coins with this appearance - absolutely original with very nice, bold, details.
Price: $300

1825 B-2 (R2). Fully F-12+, although the reverse is definitely F-15! This is one of my two favorite coins in this collection. The details are
bold and the color contrast with the eye-popping circulation-cameo is the BEST you will ever find. In addition to this is the fact that it has the
Retained CUD on the reverse through the Three Arrowheads to the Period. This LDS is very rare (R7/R6+) and in high demand amongst Bust
Quarter Collectors. This is one of the better examples you are likely to come across. And in addition to the above, this coin will be featured
in the NEW Bust Quarter Book written by Rory Rea along with several other Bust Quarter Collectors! Included with this coin is the
interesting story of how I acquired it!
Price: $2,500

1825 B-3 (R3). Good-4 details, with a couple minor nicks on the obverse rim at 3 o'clock. The coin is a dark-grey-brown color throughout. It
appears to have tape-toning on the obverse, as noticed from the lighter toned color horizontally across the center of the obverse. In
addition this is the fact that this is the TDS for this die marriage which is said to have a Full (not worn-down Retained) CUD on the reverse
over UNITED. This coin, as suggested and studied by Rory Rea, is said to be the ONLY Full Cud 1825 B-3 known to exist, and will be very well
highlighted in the NEW Bust Quarter Book. This is probably the most popular, if not the second most popular, Cud in the entire Bust Quarter
series. Formerly rated as an R7, now the retained and full cud rarity has been dropped to R6+/R6. And while this coin is not as attractive as
the 1825 B-2 above, its Extremely Late Die State is in very high demand. This coin will also come with a story of acquisition.
Price: $2,500

    1815 has been called for.
Several other nice quarters and key dates left.

I'm also open to offers and trades for coins not listed image

    SOLD
1815 B-1. A solid F-12+ by PCGS Photograde standards. This is a date which is always in demand, especially problem-free and above AG/G.
All details are bold, the hair is strong and at least half the feathers are distinct on the reverse. Color is a light to medium grey throughout.
The only small issue with this piece is a paper-thin mark on Liberty's cheek - a detail which will not keep it from grading at PCGS

    SOLD

1805 B-2 (R3). Fully G-4, and would be G-6 if the reverse didn't come with such a weak strike (typical of the die marriage)
Gorgeous crusty dark-grey, with even color throughout. This was one of the first DBQ's I ever purchased (7 years ago)
    Price: $275
    imageimage

1806/5 B-1 (R2). Fully FR-2 details with old, light, scratches on the obverse - many of which have been worn down through later circulation.
An even light grey-tan color, bold overdate, with reasonable detail still visible. This was the first DBQ I ever purchased (7 years ago).
    Price: $110
    imageimage

1806 B-5 (R4). AG-3 details, light hits on the obverse. Most of the details on this coin, while still worn down, are bold, with the exception of
rim weakness on various corners of the obverse and reverse. The color is fully steel-grey, with a slightly darker grey in the fields of the reverse.
    Price: $150
    imageimage

1807 B-1 (R3). Solid AG-3, with exceptionally even wear on the obverse and reverse. The rims have only slightly worn into the obverse and
reverse fields. No problems with this coin what so ever. Color is a light circulation cameo, with light grey reliefs and darker grey fields.
I purchased this coin about 7 years ago as well, and liked it so much that I never bothered to upgrade it even when I had the chance!
    Price: $150
