Tim Lincecum-College,Minors & ML Debut

Hey guys- If you have 10 minutes to spare I thought you may enjoy a few stories I shot on SF pitcher Tim Lincecum. We started in '06 with Tim at Washington and the relationship he has with his dad

Chris. He actually predicts Tim as a HOFer back then. I shot his Fresno appearance in Tacoma (dominate), and flew to SF in May of '07 for his debut. It was fun to see him come up and quickly

become a star. Along with a very proud dad to help him and enjoy the ride. Thanks. Doug

He's my favorite young player today. I started collecting him in 2007 when I got back into the hobby with regularity. I stopped collecting him as much after his pot bust, but I still like him a lot.

I just don't know why anyone'd be stupid enough to jeapordize millions of dollars just to alter your state of consciousness.

Tim is one of my favorites. I even scored an eBay auction earlier this summer for 3 signed balls from when he was in Washington. They are all PSA/DNA labeled and I scored them for dirt cheap because no one else was bidding on the auction.

Great link. That said, there was a bit of Marv Marinovich in his dad, no?

A much kinder and gentler version.

Marv sounded like a horrable father and a jerk of a person. His son Todd is still running wild.
