Critique the new site...

It's not complete and there are some spelling errors, but it's what I have had time to do. A few months ago I asked for input on layout and it seemed split between Type and Ruler. So I did a bit of both.

For Rulers that I have enough coins to make a page I have done so, that is really just George III - present. I also have type set pages for some of the denominations where I have earlier rulers. My current plans are to get images of some of the coins done professionally (mine suck), do a spell check, load the additional coins and load up a little more information on each coin/denomination. I think every page has something except Edward VII and the Florin page which I will probably remove as all of them will be shown in the individual Rulers pages.

I agree with Don that if you're going to do descriptions above or below, that below works better.

The site needs a title somewhere in the masthead area, or get rid of a large part of it. You're wasting the top 1/3 of the page with empty space.

Have you given any thought to making the thumbnail coin images click to a high-resolution version? Like I've done here:

I would tend to agree with that, but overall I think it is a nice site - easy to use and nice sharp pics.
