I started my civil serice career as a laborer at 3.40 an hour and retired after 35 years as nuclear quality assurance specialist/inspector. Lots of opportunity once in the system. Getting into the system is the trick.
The price of gold is set by faith, or lack of, in the currency it is priced in.

I live in PA and if that job was within a 100 mile radius I would retire from my current job and work for Obama at the mint and let you taxpayers take care of me while making coins. A job that i would finally enjoy!!!!
