I keep getting error messages, anyone else having a problem?

i've noticed the past few days when i print a PayPal invoice from an eBay transaction, the item link has a big blue line through it as well as my e-mail addy and all other links.....must be another promotional glitch special month.....i've yet to notice the link for collecting my money being disrupted, though.
