I collect, buy, sell, trade baseball cards on this site and Ebay. I've been collecting cards for 30+ years.
I got this in with a baseball card collection I purchased this week.
I stuck it on Ebay.

I know it's Silver and 1891 but I'm not sure who the grading company is
NAS MS 66

would be lucky to have it even grade. MS66 it is not. May not
even be MS and probably is not. I've seen NAS coins and very
overgraded and not following any standard grading practice.
Just my opinion as your pic is not good. Try using the flower button
on the camera to get a close up of front and back.
