What kinda Rose rookie crapola is this?

This can't be legal, to mimic PSA's flip and just call it some fake grading company, can it?

Let's see who can come up with the best name for what BRGS could possibly stand for. I'll start:

Brashly
Ridiculous
Grading
Service

    Card looks fake to me - that's my opinion.

    This is the time of the season that brings out the scammers hoping that naive buyers will purchase gifts like this for their family or friends. By the time the holiday season rolls around, and the present is opened and the collector tells the buyer that the card is actually worthless, the PayPal time period for a refund has expired.

    I've reported this to the PSA people.

    I'd report it to ebay, however, recent experience shows nothing would happen.

    A couple of days ago, I noticed a $25 shipping charge on a single baseball star card. I reported it and got a canned response thanking me. Ebay took no acttion.
