4 Sharp Corners

Does anyone who deals with 4 Sharp Corners have difficulty recieving an adjusted invoice from them to reflect shipping discount? I know that many times I need to request invoice adjustments and usually within an hour or 2 you have your adjusted invoice is sent.I have tried since early afternoon yesterday to have an adjusted invoice sent with no luck.I have dealt with them on occasion before however I believe it was FREE SHIPPING at that time.This is an Ebay transaction of course.Do they usually take this long to respond?

    Maybe they left early Friday and took a long weekend. Call them on Monday and they will adjust the shipping charges. The phone number is 781-784-6100

    They're definitely not the most responsive bunch. Give it a little more time.

  • Yeah it takes up to a couple of days to get the invoice from them. I once thought I would be screwed on their combined shipping because I hadn't received my invoice and it ran into day 9. I finally got the invoice and everything was fine.

    I would think you should get your invoice on Monday or Tuesday if any of the auctions ended yesterday.

    They never respond to my emails but have great cards for sure.

    They wont respond to you until Monday AM. Nobody is there on the weekends. I believe their operations run from Monday-Friday 8AM - 4PM EST. They always respond for me when I ask for an invoice. Usually by the next day. I seriously doubt they wont want their payment.

    yep - sometimes takes a little while, but I've never had a problem with adjusted shipping.
  • Bought from them many times w/o a hitch. The only time that I never heard back was the few times that I pointed out that their PSA8 Bazooka Tips box bottom cards had about 80% of the card cut off.

    I had a shipping problem with them many months ago and got no response to emails. I called them and got a very polite person who fixed my issue within minutes. Definitely better response by phone in my situation.

    Same situation happened to me last week. I bought a card on Friday to add to my total and I didn't get an invoice until Monday. I wouldn't worry about it.

    When I have several auctions from them over a few days I wait until after the last one and call them for an invoice. I get the invoice in a few minutes.

    Never had any problem with 4SC.

    Use the phone number, they are very responsive. In addition, they have let me keep the invoice open past 7 days if I'm still bidding, but I usually give them a heads up.

    image Great news! I've have been purchasing from them for the last couple of years and have been very pleased with my purchases. Sometimes they are slow to respond via ebay, but they are usually very good with a phone call.
