4 Sharp Corners

Does anyone who deals with 4 Sharp Corners have difficulty recieving an adjusted invoice from them to reflect shipping discount? I know that many times I need to request invoice adjustments and usually within an hour or 2 you have your adjusted invoice is sent.I have tried since early afternoon yesterday to have an adjusted invoice sent with no luck.I have dealt with them on occasion before however I believe it was FREE SHIPPING at that time.This is an Ebay transaction of course.Do they usually take this long to respond?

Yeah it takes up to a couple of days to get the invoice from them. I once thought I would be screwed on their combined shipping because I hadn't received my invoice and it ran into day 9. I finally got the invoice and everything was fine.
I would think you should get your invoice on Monday or Tuesday if any of the auctions ended yesterday.

Use the phone number, they are very responsive. In addition, they have let me keep the invoice open past 7 days if I'm still bidding, but I usually give them a heads up.
