Krause question for a client.

Got a question for those who have the current edition of the 18th Krause (which I don't have).

A client of mine has a gold 1788 Mexico 8 Escudos inverted Mo FM graded as a NGC XF40.

What is the catalog value? Any help would surely be appriciated and thanks in advance.

    Good luck? No kidding.

Every date from 1773 to 1788 is valued exactly the same in each of the grades where "values" are provided: VG, F, VF & XF.

JMO, but trusting this catalog for pricing on these coins could be dangerous to your financial well-being.

Maybe check Heritage auction records at www.ha.com for similar pieces...
