  • Hard to tell without seeing but maybe just cutting the binder pages carefully would be best bet, good luck.

    you might want to try cutting to size a small, thin piece of cardboard with a slightly abrasive texture and make it long enough to slide in beneath the card and then gently slide it back out until you extract the card.
