Milk Spots on PCGS Coins

I have a few PCGS coins that have 'grown' some milk spots since I first purchased them. If I send them to PCGS, will they:
a) automatically dip them
b) automatically replace the coins
c) automatically send a check
d) none of the above
e) fill in the blank ____________________

E. Downgrade them 1-3 grades depending on how big and where they are.

My guess is...E. Blame you for storing them wrong and tell you your SOL!

If you send them they will look at them. If your coins get downgraded PCGS will honor it's guarantee. At that point you will make a case for their value while PCGS might check if they can remove the spots.
