Red Book gold and silver values

I have not been able to find in the red book the price of gold and silver used to calculate the values for the book. I know it is there, I have just not found it. Any help?????

    Well..haha the 2010 RB only has a gold table that goes up to 1100 or something. Boy, were THEY wrong...

    PPs 233, 236, 246, 258, 266 for gold.

    Gold closed around $1,100 in February 2010, just before the 2011 Red Book came out. With "wrong" like that, who wants to be right?
