    Seriously, market seems to have cleared for higher grade pieces.

    And I was wishing that nothing attractive on the market in MY area of collecting! Seriously, demand has driven up prices in my area of collecting, making it harder to obtain certain pieces. Zohar, enjoy it while you can!
