Great service from both PCGS and NGC.....

I recently joined and submitted coins at the same time to both PCGS and NGC.
Well, wouldn't you know it, I packaged the coins in the proper envelope, but I mixed up the forms and coupons
NGC called me first and said they have the coins but they have the PCGS forms and coupon.
NGC at first wanted to send everything back to me but when I explained I'm in Canada and everything will get held up at Customs for whoever knows how long, they agreed it was OK if I could get their forms (now at PCGS headquarters) faxed over to them and vica versa (have the PCGS forms, at NGC, faxed over to the PCGS office).
What a gut wrenching half an hour on the phone, email and faxing each other's forms.
However, both PCGS and NGC were extremely helpful and I just want to publicly acknowledge their great customer service
A potential horrible experience was averted by both NGC and PCGS.
I did privately email Don Willis and gave him the name of the very helpful person who worked things out for me at PCGS.
