instead of an ultra high relief made from the "technology of today", let's use the original mold that Augustus St. Gaudens used for making his Gold Double Eagles and produce a 2010 issue with the same metal content and look as the original. (90% gold, 10% copper)
anyone on board with me on that?
i guess it'd have to be made from "American gold" since god forbid we use gold from australia or somewhere else to make a U.S mint product. (this is the reason they didn't make 09 silver eagles apparently, the mint just didn't have enough planchets)
