Could this mean that sellers like BMW and 707 (as well as others) will not be able to list the same grade and card if they have more than one? >>
It applies only to fixed price listings. What it means is that they'd have to combine them into a single multi-item listing rather than multiple listings. That is, one listing with "5 available" rather than 5 separate listings.
Morning, Yeah, what Tabe said. Where I see the problem is the Automatic cancelling and Dipwads at E-Bay deciding my 10 listings (As Example) of 1954 Topps Baseball Card PSA NM 7 #212, and then next listing same title but Card #254, and next same/same Card #177, ect. are all the same listing and just start cancelling listings. I don't get a warm and Fuzzy feeling and how this can be screwed up!!!

I don't see this as a bad thing, to be honest.

I don't like this since not all PSA 8 are the same...

All 6's, 7's and 8's do look the same. I just looked at a very large inventory by a notable dealer and they all looked the same. All the 6s, 7s & 8's looked like sh**.

While not likely to affect me as a seller, I feel the same way for just this reason.

A fair point, one I hadn't considered.
