Afternoon,
So I explained that after keeping a Feedback as a Seller 100% now for a few months, this A$$wipe is going to give me a Neg. (Other Thread)
Am I going to lose my 20% discount over one Neg in 5547 transcations with current:

(1s and 2s)
Item as described 4.93 0.09% (2)
Communication 4.93 0.35% (8)
Shipping time 4.93 0.35% (8)
Shipping and handling charges 4.88 0.22% (5)
Buyer Protection cases Your percentage (count)
Opened cases 0.09% (2)
Closed cases without seller resolution 0.00% (0)
These ratings are for the last 12 months, I have no 1's or 2's in the last 3 months.

Should be OK, if you have 500+ FB in the last 12-months.
The DSRs and the NEG are prolly not the problem.
They are using a "mystery algo" to determine the penalties
for "having a claim filed against you."
............................
I would not mail a $1 item without DC, unless I wanted to
give it away.
