Make Sure you BBL this A$$wipe

Afternoon,

This A$$hole is about to give me a Neg.
Buys two $8 items out of my store, very bulky two lots of GPK Rack packs 5 each. I give him a break on shipping, do guestimate of $7.00, actually $8.40, so I eat $1.40. I am almost positive I did DC but am missing that reciept and 3 others all from the same day.

Buys Fri. Sept. 10th, pays Sat. afternoon Sept. 11th (Afternoon PO closed), I package Sun. the 12th and ship Mon. the 13th. Weds the 15th...."I have not recieved my item, when did you ship?". So I answer back...Monday, you should have by Sat. maybe Mon/Tues depending on Post Office. Sat afternoon he opens Paypal claim. Then E-Mails me "You are a Liar and I do not have my item, what is the tracking?"
I politely tell him, the same thing, and please do not contact me again outside of the dispute process. I know even if he gets the item on Mon/Tues he is just going to say he didn't recieve it, and who cares even if he does drop the claim, 5-6 days for USPS shipping and then open cliam...BBL A@@hole!!!. So I am probably going to end up giving this A$$wipe his $23.00. Whatever, he's on my BBL, make sure you do the same!

He E-Mailed me this afternoon and told me he is going to Neg Me!!!

    You should really consider doing your shipping thru Paypal, they only charge $.19 for DC and you can track it on the site. Added to my BBL.
    From what I can tell, 707 is the DOLLAR STORE compared to deans_cards. For what that guy charges, if I ever bought anything from him I would expect it to be delivered to me in a frickin' limo.

    betcha anything he got it on Wednesday and that is why he is calling you a liar and what is the tracking? As soon as he got the package and saw no tracking he saw dollar signs.

    If you paid via Credit Card at the post office see if they can possibly pull a receipt. Probably not since the .gov is so ass backwards but you never know.

    Bill,
    I actually don't GO to the Post Office to ship. There is a Post Office AT my work, in one of the buildings I'm in every day. Couldn't be more convienent.
