Quick Opinion Question

If I've had a QO done on a card can I send it in to get a "red" flip or can you only get a "blue" flip???

    If its a card that PSA would grade without the auto, then you should be able to get the red flip. Blue flips are used on cut autos, index cards, etc.

    He want to know if QO discount works for both Red and Blue flip, or just blue.

    Oh. You can only get the QO discount with the blue flip.
