1776 Continental Currency Pewter (PICS Included)

Cleaning a house today of an Elderly couple that had passed away and found the following coin. Wanted to get someones opinion if it is real or fake. Took it to the local dealers in town, but they weren't able to give me an answer. Thank y'all in advance!

It's under tin with a range of 15.03-18.51 gms.
