    Indeed it is. Reverse LIBERALITAS AVG VI, Generosity standing holding a cornucopia and an abacus. Struck in 209 AD. Sear 6815, RIC 158. See here on Wildwinds.

    It was likely produced as a giveaway piece at a "congiarum", a public display of generosity by the emperor where he gave away money to anyone that turned up.
