Super Hard To Tell From This Pic, But Is This 1934-D Lincoln an RPM?

Perhaps my eyes are playing tricks on me but, is it RPM#1? I think I can see the die gouge dot on neck above tie - i.e. Stage B & can't see an obverse rim break from 6:00-9:00 - i.e. so not stage E.



Sorry. I know RPM#1 is not a registry coin (as for the variety itself) - YET.
