How rare is the 1989 Topps Double Headers Yankees/Mets Test Issue?

How rare is the 1989 Topps Double Headers Yankees/Mets Test Issue? The regular Double Headers from that year are pretty common, but I am having a heck of a time finding any Yankees/Mets Test Issues. I am in need of the Keith Hernandez, which, of course, has his 1975 Topps rookie card on the back which features him in a Cardinals uniform. The only item from this set that I've ever seen is an entire unopened box on Ebay and the seller wants $249 for it.

Anyone know where I can find the Hernandez?

I bought a box of them a few years ago to get the Gary Carter, I think I paid about $150 for the box. I ended up selling the others individually on ebay. In my limited experience the singles are very hard to find, the boxes seem to stay expensive, meaning that when they ar offered it is rarely for a straight auction but usually with a high buy it now. Maybe another player collector like myself will have a Hernandez laying around for a reasonable price?
